About the Course
This short course will teach you to prepare, design, produce and present various document types. This includes using the correct technology and software application to produce the required business document, selecting the correct layout and style of publication according to information and organisational requirements, and ensuring the document design is consistent with company and/or client requirements.
This course also teaches you to design the document to ensure efficient entry of information and to maximise the presentation and appearance of information, produce the document within the designated timelines; proofread and amend the document for readability, accuracy and consistency of language, style and layout; store and save the document to avoid loss of data; and print and present the document according to requirements. You will also learn to use manuals, training booklets and/or help-desks to overcome basic difficulties with document design and production.
