About the Course
If you aspire to, or currently have responsibility in sales and marketing management, this course is for you.
The course will cover the following topics:
- Plan sales operations
- Manage sales team
- Evaluate sales team performance
You will learn how to set objectives for your sales team, prepare a sales plana nd budget to support the attainment of the objectives, determine the size and structure of the sales team, recruit and induct sales team members with job analysis and sales team objectives, provide sales team members with training, establish sales team compensation methods and levels, and establish sales territories, sales targets and performance standards. You will also learn about strategies to encourage, motivate and support sales team members, analyse sales volume, conversion rate data and cross-selling ratios to monitor sales performance, monitor the ethical and social conduct of the sales team, offer sales team members constructive feedback on their performance, recognise and reward superior sales team member performance, evaluate sales effectiveness against performance standards, and take corrective action where sub-standard sales team member performance is identified.
This short course can be taken as part of the Diploma of Leadership and Management course.
