About the Course
If you aspire to, or currently have responsibility in managing the information and communication flow of a medium to large scale project, this course is for you.
You will learn how to plan information and communication processes, implement project information and communication processes, and assess information and communication outcomes.
The course will also teach you how to identify, analyse and document information requirements, develop an agreed communication management plan to support the achievement of project objectives and establish a designated project-management information system.
This training program will also cover how you would manage the generation, gathering, storage, retrieval, analysis and dissemination of information by project team and stakeholders, as well as implement, modify, monitor and control designated information-validation processes to optimise the quality and accuracy of the data. It will also cover how you would implement and maintain appropriate communication networks, and how you would review project outcomes to determine effectiveness of management information and communication processes and procedures.
