About the Course

If you aspire to, or currently have responsibilities in managing and maintaining the quality of the project deliverables in a medium to large scale project, this course is for you.

You will learn to determine quality requirements, implement quality processes and implement project quality improvements.

The course will teach you how to determine quality objectives and standards with input from stakeholders, select established quality management processes and tools to resolve quality issues, support quality requirements with project team and stakeholders, and implement the agreed quality requirements in the project management plan.

This training program will also teach you how to undertake a quality assurance audit of project processes, assess quality control of project and product output, identify causes of variance to the quality metrics, and maintain a quality management system to enable accurate and timely recording of quality audit data. You will also learn how to review processes and implement agreed changes continually throughout the project life cycle, review project outcomes against performance requirements, and identify lessons learned to make recommendations for future projects.
