About the Course

If you aspire to, or currently have responsibilities in project work of any size, this course is for you.

You will learn how to conduct project authorisation activities, define the project scope, and manage the project scope control process.

The course will teach you how to develop procedures for the authorisation of a project and confirm project delegations in project governance arrangements. You will also learn how to identify, negotiate and document project boundaries, as well as establish measurable project benefits, outcomes, and outputs.

This training program will also teach you how to establish a shared understanding of the desired project outcomes and document scope management plan. The program will also cover scope management procedures and processes, the impact of scope changes and identifying scope management issues.
