You will learn to identify and address stakeholder interests, manage effective stakeholder engagement and communications.
The course will teach you how to identify stakeholders relevant to the project objectives, segment stakeholder interests and determine appropriate forms of engagement, consider the interests of stakeholders when considering and advising on project management issues, and identify and implement actions to address differing interests where required.
This training program will also teach you how to support the development of interpersonal skills in effective stakeholder engagement, distribute teamwork effectively, openly lead stakeholder performance reviews, and identify and address individual development needs and opportunities to support stakeholder engagement.
