About the Course
If you aspire to, or currently have responsibilities in project work of any size, this course is for you.
You will learn how to define a project, develop a project plan, and administer and monitor the project activities.
The course will teach you how to define the project stakeholders, identify reporting requirements, clarify the relationship of the project to the objectives of the organisation, and determine resources required to undertake the project. You will also learn how to develop a project plan, identify and access appropriate project management tools, formulate a risk management plan, and develop and approve a project budget.
This training program will also teach you how to ensure project team members are clear about their responsibilities and the project requirements, implement and monitor plans for managing project finances and resources, complete project reports, and achieve project deliverables.
This short course can be taken as part of the Diploma of Business or the Diploma of Leadership and Management course.
