Apply Online – “ENROLL TODAY”

Prepare the colour copies of all qualifications and certificates. If you are directly applying use the ENROLL TODAY button. However, if you are seeking the help of agents. If you are OFFSHORE student applying from outside Australia, then all qualifications and certificates have to be Notarised by a Notary Public or equivalent before submitting online application. Receive OFFER LETTER from DOLPH Business School

Once your qualifications and certificates are accepted and satisfies the admission requirements for that particular course, DOLPH shall issue the OFFER LETTER. This offer letter comes with the course start-date, end-date, tuition fees and other fees payable for the entire duration of the course, initial deposit payable, rules and regulations, terms and conditions affecting the student and studies and student acceptance agreement. The student shall go through the same and any other documents forwarded and then accept the same and submit back to admissions@dolph.edu.au

OFFER LETTER & other documents to be submitted to DOLPH

Prepare the following documents (notarised wherever necessary) that form part of the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirements of Department of Home Affairs (Australian Immigration).

  • Passport Copy
  • All qualification certificates and transcripts
  • English Certificate such as IELTS, PTE or equivalent accepted
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP) - Student to prepare a fully researched SOP as per the GTE guidelines. You may need to include “Why study in Australia”. You may be able to get more information by clicking on the website Why-Study-In-Australia and Why-Study-in-Melbourne
  • Finance arrangement (contact your Agent or contact DOLPH Business School for more information). Please refer here for the financial requirements by the Department of Home Affairs.
  • Any other documents to prove if there is any gap in studies

Student shall submit all the above documents to DOLPH and any other documents that may be requested. The school needs to first approve the documents so submitted before an initial deposit can be accepted.

Make the Initial deposit as per OFFER LETTER

Once the school has approved submission of all the required documents, then the student shall make the initial deposit as stated in the OFFER LETTER. Send the proof of transfer of funds to Agent/DOLPH. Payments must be made direct to the bank account of DOLPH Business School given in the OFFER LETTER.

Student Handbook for International/Local Australian Students

It is important that you have obtained a copy of the student handbook that is applicable to you and read through it and return a signed copy back to admissions along with signed Offer Letter. Copy of the student handbook is available on the website of DOLPH Business School.

DOLPH Business School to issue eCOEs

DOLPH shall then on receiving credit of funds into the designated bank account, shall then issue the Certificate of Enrolment (eCOEs) for all the courses enrolled. This shall be emailed to student, usually through the agent, or if the student has applied directly, then to the student.

Student prepares to apply for the Student Visa

Student shall then approach the Agent to prepare the application for Student Visa and submit all documents to Department of Home Affairs (Australian Immigration) in the embassy

available in your country or the location for your country. The following are normal documents to be submitted to the Department of Home Affairs:

  • Visa Application
  • Student Covering Letter
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)
  • Certificates of Enrolment (eCOEs)
  • English Certification
  • Health Insurance Cover – Overseas Students Health Cover (OSHC) – For more information including obtaining adequate cover, please visit the website of Dept of Home Affairs, click Insurance
  • ***Funding arrangement matrix/documents/certificates
  • Certificate/evidence to prove the gap in studies
  • Any other documents that may be needed at the time of visa application.

**OSCHC – Students must ensure that they have adequate OSHC for the entire duration of their course. You need to purchase the OSHC from insurance providers or if you need, DOLPH can arrange to obtain the cover without any extra service fee.

***Funding – Along with the fund certificates, a matrix of the funding arrangement to be prepared for Department of Home Affairs. This includes Fees payable to the institution (DOLPH) for the first year, plus the living costs as determined by the government authorities (living costs as on 25th Oct 2019 - $21,041 p.a. for the applicant).
