AGENT REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SUMMARY)

Applications are open for individuals and organisations from both within Australia or offshore, to act as Education Agents for Dolph Business School. Education Agents do help connect DOLPH Business School with students interested to study in Australia, assist the students through the pre-enrolment and enrolment process, as well as assist us with any queries from the referred student.

Requirements:

  • Applicant (if applying as an individual), or Director(s) of the organisation (if applying as an incorporated company) must not hold a criminal record.
  • Applicant, or Director(s) must not have engaged in any dishonest practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. At all times and in a professional and ethical manner, abide by the Code of Conduct, the National Code and ESOS Act, including:
  2. Maintain confidentiality of any information provided to you as an Education Agent by the student and by Dolph Business School, if and unless required to be disclosed by law, or to be able to perform your role as an Education Agent to the best of your abilities.
  3. Obtain and maintain appropriate insurances.
  4. Employ appropriately qualified staff and/or sub-contractors, and be responsible for their conduct and behaviours.
  5. Promote Dolph Business School’s courses with integrity and honesty and act in the best interests of the student and Dolph Business School at all times.
  6. Use Dolph Business School’s marketing materials to accurately represent programs and services and not misappropriate these marketing materials in any way.
  7. Recruit students with honesty, and in an ethical and responsible manner.
  8. Will not engage in any dishonest or unethical behaviours, nor present Dolph Business School in a poor manner, or misappropriate Dolph Business School’s intellectual property in any way.
  9. Assist prospective students with enrolment and in finding suitable courses.
  10. Advise students on the process for application of enrolment and visa requirements such as:
    • Accommodation;
    • Overseas Student Health Cover, course fees, payments and refunds;
    • Attendance, progression and English language proficiency requirements.
  11. Ensure that applications are complete and all relevant documentation is provided prior to the submission of the student’s application for enrolment.
  12. Advise Dolph Business School of any suspected fraudulent activity in connection with the student or staff member in regards to all matters concerning Dolph Business School.
  13. Advise Dolph Business School of any matters that may result in a complaint or appeal.

Assist Dolph Business School regarding any matters in regards to a student’s application for enrolment.

Important information:

  1. Monitor and review the Education Agent on a yearly basis (more frequently if feedback received regarding the Education Agent’s conduct is unsatisfactory) to ensure the terms and conditions is complied with.
  2. Provide and update marketing material that:
    • Accurately reflects the programs and services provided by Dolph Business School;
    • Outlines the application procedures;
    • Outlines the admission requirements;
    • Outlines the fees, charges, and refunds; and
    • Outlines Dolph Business School’s obligations as a Registered Training Organisation.
  3. Provide the Education Agent with sufficient information to accurately inform students of services offered by Dolph Business School.
  4. Process all completed applications submitted by the Education Agent in a timely manner.
  5. Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner and to keep the Education Agent informed of all changes pertinent to the programs and services provided by Dolph Business School.
  6. Dolph Business School reserves the right to take immediate corrective and preventative action(s) upon becoming aware of an Education Agent being negligent, careless or incompetent; or being engaged in false, misleading or unethical advertising and recruitment practices, including practices that could harm the integrity of Australia’s Education and Training industry.
  7. In the event of a breach of the conditions, Dolph Business School is within its jurisdiction to terminate this agreement with immediate effect.
