The course will cover the following topics:
You will learn how to obtain and interpret information on current compliance requirements, review each area of compliance to establish any potential breaches, and develop appropriate procedures for identifying, classifying, investigating, rectifying, and reporting any breaches identified. You will also learn how to monitor and evaluate operations to identify incidences of breaches in compliance, ensuresenior management team within the organisation is informed of all breaches in compliance requirements, monitor action taken to manage and rectify an identified breach in compliance requirements, recognise problems in the rectification of compliance breaches, initiate appropriate action to ensure that management of the breach is maintained, and report on the action taken to rectify identified breaches in compliance requirements.
This short course can be taken as part of the Diploma of Leadership and Management course.
